Aurangabad, April 9:

The Judicial Magistrate (first class) Y G Dube on April 3 directed the Cantonment police inspector to submit the inquiry report regarding a complaint against a police employee posted in the Jawaharnagar police station.

According to the complaint, the respondent has molested, abused and beat the complainant. The Cantonment police is helping the respondent legally directly and indirectly as he is a police employee. Hence, the complainant had submitted a plea to register case against the respondent under the section of CRPC section 156 (3) and gain justice and security to the complainant, through Adv Sachin Chavan.
