Aurangabad, May 19:

The office of the deputy director of health has received 12,500 doses of Covishield vaccine and 5,760 doses of Covaxin vaccine, informed deputy director (health) Dr Swapnil Lale.

The last few days have been marked by a shortage of vaccines. The supply of vaccines is not increasing. This results in shortage of vaccines. Hence citizens have to roam from one center to another to get the vaccine. The supply of Covaxin has been low since the beginning. Citizens who have taken the first dose of this vaccine face the most inconvenience as they have to wait for the second dose.
