Aurangabad, June 19: Any startup can be successful if it has creativity, innovation in thought. Build a strong database, identify the real need of your business, and take steps in that direction, said Abhishek Shelar, founder and CEO of Spruce Up Industries Pvt. Ltd.

He was sharing his thoughts and ideas in Magicx Interview Series organised by the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC), today.

Originally from Aurangabad, Shelar has made it to the Forbes Under 30 list by building a large business in a short span, creating a successful Startup.

Shelar said that there are always two options in front of you while making a decision, one is of denial and the other of smart and creative efforts. Which door to choose is up to you. You have to solve your own problems. For that, it is necessary to go amongst the people and take into account their needs. Business needs need to be constantly kept in mind when building a team for a business. One wrong decision or one wrong selection can have serious consequences on the business. There is a huge opportunity for startups in India, especially during the Covid pandemic, he further mentioned.

Rohit Autee moderated the event while Ashish Garde, director MAGIC thanked the audience.

Shelar has developed a garbage collection machine called Jatayu using Indian technology. He started the company through a startup in 2016 and in just a few years, the market value of his industry has reached 250 million.
