Criminal's lover likely to turn approver in murder case!

Aurangabad, June 8:

If the sources are to be believed the police is trying to make the lover of a criminal man, an approver, on the basis of information she has shared with the police. She has been detained from a village in Vaijapur tehsil today early morning as the woman is the only witness to the murder of a tailor by her lover on the terrace of the commercial complex in New Mondha at Jadhavwadi.

The deceased tailor Dadarao Sandu Sonawane was killed on May 20 night. He was hit by a cement concrete block. The investigating police had arrested Sunil Jaisingh Ambhore on Monday. He confessed to the murder claiming that misbehaving with his lover by Dadarao prompted him to do so. He also informed that the lover was also present at the time of the murder. Hence, the police detained her from Bhenda Factory (in Vaijapur tehsil) today early morning. The lady's police heard her statement. She informed the police that after hitting Dadarao by Sunil, she and the accused both slept on a nearby terrace and then left the place the next morning.

Meanwhile, the police are investigating her involvement in the crime. She was present at the time of the murder and is the lone witness to it. Hence she can be made an approver in the case. The police will soon decide and then record the statement and produce her in the court, said the sources.

3-days PCR to murderer

Today, the police inspector Ashok Giri and his team produced the accused Sunil in court. During the hearing, the police requested to grant three days police custody remand (PCR) as they had to investigate the reason behind the murder, whether there is eye witness in the crime, any accomplice who would have had helped them to run away from the spot, to seize the clothes of the murderer, etc. Hence the court accepted the request and awarded the PCR.
