Chhatarapati Sambhajinagar

A sense of panic spread through the Ladgaon Shivar area on the Jalna Highway in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district after the heavily decomposed body of a man, estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old, was discovered near the railway tracks. The incident came to light around 10 am on Friday when railway workers noticed a foul smell emanating from the area. As the location is isolated, the police's primary suspicion is that the individual may have met with an accident after falling from a moving train. Following the discovery, the Railway Police were immediately notified.Upon receiving the information, the Karmad Police rushed to the scene to conduct an inspection. A team from the Railway Department also performed a panchnama (on-site record). Under the guidance of Karmad police inspector Samratsingh Rajput, beat jamadar Vijaysingh Jarwal and Prashant Nandve are carrying out further investigations into the matter.
