Aurangabad, Dec 5:

A customer severely beat a delivery boy and his friend after king the parcel and snatched their mobile phone amounting Rs 5,000 and Rs 4,000 cash from them, at Hanumantgaon Shivar on Friday.

Complainant, Akshay Rajendra Padekar (21, N-6, Cidco) works as a delivery body in R A Enterprises. On Friday afternoon, he contacted with the customer Sachin Thaksen Kale (Waluj) to deliver his parcel. He told them to come to Waluj. Later, Akshay and his friend Lokesh Sahu went to Waluj on a two-wheeler. Sachin’s son Pongya took the parcel and told them that his father Sachin called them to the farm to take the money and hence they went to Hanamantgaon Shivar to take the money with Pangya. However, Sachin did not pay them the money and severely beat both of them. He snatched Rs 4,000 cash and a mobile amounting Rs 5,000 from them. Akshay lodged a complaint at the Waluj police station.
