Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

A tragic incident occurred on Tuesday evening when a devotee visiting the Jain religious site for the Panchkalyanak Mahotsav died of a heart attack. The deceased has been identified as Anilkumar Godha (68), who had come for darshan from Kagadipura in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh.

Anilkumar Godha had arrived in Kachner from Kagadipura to attend the Panchkalyanak Mahotsav being held between March 28 and April 2. On Wednesday evening, while walking on the road between Kachner and the religious site, he suddenly collapsed.

Temple officials accompanying him immediately rushed him to GMCH in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. However, doctors there examined him and declared him dead.

The incident has led to widespread grief in the area.
