Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: District t Collector and chairman of the District Vigilance Committee (DVC) Deelip Swami paid surprise visits to the different examination centres in the city on Tuesday and inspected them.

The students of the HSC were writing the Economics subject from 11 am to 2 pm today. District collector visited the examination centres at Padmashri Vasantdada Patil Higher Secondary School (Cidco, N-2) and New High School and Higher Secondary School (Chikalthana).

He took a detailed review of the entire examination process, discipline in the examination hall, seating arrangement, confidentiality and transparency. Swami expressed satisfaction after inspecting the CCTV system in operation at the centres, its storage arrangement and control system.

He was delighted to see the students solving the answer sheets in a calm, focused and confident atmosphere. Deelip Swami stated that the students' positive response to the copy-free campaign is promising for the education system.

“Students can achieve brilliant success with the help of honest efforts, self-reliance and confidence. A copy-free environment is very important for the personality development of the students and for shaping their future,” he said.

The examination process is being conducted smoothly in a transparent, disciplined and copy-free environment under the guidance of the district administration.
