Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

The state government has appointed Annapurna Singh as the new Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) for Aurangabad Rural on Friday. She was previously serving as ASP and SDPO in Faizpur, Jalgaon district.

As per a government order, Singh has been promoted from the Junior Scale to the Senior Time Scale of the Indian Police Service (IPS) and has taken charge. Meanwhile, the current Additional SP, Sunil Lanjewar has been transferred. His new posting details will be issued separately.
