Aurangabad, Feb 7:
Historian Dr Dulari Gupte Qureshi was selected for Govind Sanman award. The award which was instituted in memory of founder of Garud Ads and social activist Govind Deshpande six years ago is given for one’s contribution in social, educational, political, arts and literature fields.
The award comprises cash, citation and shawl. Dr Dulari has done research on different caves of the district, and her research is recognised on the world level.
Madhuri Gautam and Garud family said that Dr Dulari would be honoured with the award in a programme to be held Kalash Mangal Karyalya on March 27.
