Aurangabad, Oct 28: Dr Ratnadeep Deshmukh was appointed member of All India Board of Information Technology Education (AIB-ITE) formed by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

The AIB-ITE was formed to review syllabus and pattern of three year MCA course and design two-year MCA courses syllabus.

The duration of MCA was reduced by one year. Dr Deshmukh, who is a professor in Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) is a chairman of the Board of Studies and member of the Academic Council. Dr Bharat Bhaskar from IIM-Raipur is a coordinator of the Board.
