Cardiological Society of India (CSI) awarded a fellowship to Dr Vilas Magarkar, a cardiologist from Seth Nandlal Dhoot Hospital.
He was awarded the fellowship in the presence of the vice-chancellor of Gujarat University Dr Himanshu Pandya, Dr Mrunalkanti Das from CSI, Dr Mohanan, Dr Manoranjan Mandal and Dr Goswami in a programme held in Ahmedabad on December 11.
Dr Magarkar is among seven doctors who got the fellowship. Hospital trustee and former MP Rajkumar Dhoot, medical director Dr Vijay Borgaonkar, administrator Dr Himanshu Gupta congratulated him.
