How to apply for a BH number?
Applications must be submitted online through the ‘Vahan’ portal of the transport department. Required documents include:
Proof of employment in an eligible company.
Payment receipts.
Previous records of residence in multiple states.
The registration process is also available through authorized vehicle dealers while purchasing a new vehicle. However, an individual can register only one vehicle under the BH series.
