The festival of Holi was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Waluj Mahangar. It was celebrated in a peaceful and joyful atmosphere, with people applying colours to their loved ones. However, in some places, there was chaos caused by revellers and hooliganism on the streets. During this time, in some areas, there were reports of police having to intervene to control the situation.

In Waluj Mahangar, citizens celebrated the colourful festival peacefully and with restraint. Children enjoyed the festival by splashing colours and spreading joy. The citizens also used the occasion to come together and convey a message of social unity. However, in some areas, there was chaos caused by drunkards. In places like Bajajnagar, Ranjangaon, and Jogeshwari, intoxicated individuals created disturbances and indulged in hooliganism on the streets. There were also incidents of drunken brawls, resulting in injuries to some individuals, who were later admitted to the hospital. The disorder caused by the intoxicated individuals caused inconvenience to the citizens. Despite this, due to the presence of police forces in various areas, the festival was peacefully celebrated in most parts, with a few exceptions.

Drunkards wreaked havoc everywhere, causing disturbances at every intersection and engaging in fights with each other.

During the brawls and after falling off motorcycles, many drunkards were injured. They continued to roll on the ground until they sobered up.

Due to the widespread chaos in many areas, the police were seen running around. They also gave a tough response to the drunkards causing the trouble.
