Aurangabad, March 4:

The deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar has alerted the revenue and the municipal administrations in connection with the unfortunate incident of Padampura Covid Care Centre today morning.

Pawar called the divisional commissioner Sunil Kendrekar, acting district collector Anant Gavhane and the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation commissioner A K Pandey and obtained detail information about the incident. He also told them to take adequate security measures at the CCCs.

The revenue administration was unaware of the development till they received the call of Pawar. The district administration then obtained the details from AMC and apprised it to the deputy CM. Kendrekar also contacted the civic chief and told him to take adequate measures. The divisional commissioner also alerted all the CCCs in the region to ensure thorough safety at all CCCs.
