Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A book titled ‘Echoes of Infinite Silence,’ authored by literary figure and scholar Dr Pramod Pawar was released by poet Fa Mu Shinde, recently. Published by Lighthouse Publication, Pune, the book is a collection of short stories, a novella, and a bold, post-structuralist one-act play titled ‘Sita,’ which reinterprets mythological narratives from a modern perspective of women's rights and equality. The book delves into serious and sensitive subjects such as equanimity, women's liberation, human conflict, and the philosophical relationship between mythology and modern reality.

Dr Pawar is the head of the English department and director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell at Sant Dnyaneshwar Mahavidyalaya, Soygaon. He is also the editor-in-chief of the international research journals ‘Epitome’ and ‘Seagull.’
