The risk of accidents has increased as the electric wires of the street lights in Shendra industrial are lying uncovered.
The fear of accidents has increased as all the 11 KV cables of the street lights on the main road of the industrial estate are in an open state. Every year, the MSEDCL appeals to take proper care while using electric equipment and avoid accidents. However, the open wiring on street lights is going unnoticed from the eyes of the officials. Although MSEDCL, supplies electricity to the street lights, it does not provide the required maintenance. The underground cable system has been uncovered, with this neglected picture being seen after every three to four poles. We have undertaken the work of repairing. We will complete the work as soon as possible, the contractor said.
