Witness a fusion of dance, music and more

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Get ready for a vibrant celebration of Indian culture as the annual Ellora-Ajanta International Festival kicks off today, at Soneri Mahal. From Bharatanatyam and Kathak to Sufi and Bollywood tunes, the festival promises a diverse spectacle for all ages. Renowned artists like Dr Sandhya Purecha, Rahul Deshpande, Anuradha Pal, Kailash Kher, and Shreya Ghoshal will grace the stage. The three-day extravaganza offers something for everyone:

Day 1:

· Majestic opening of the event will witness Ganesh Vandana by tourism youth ambassador Naveli Deshmukh. Dr Sandhya Purecha will perform Bharatanatyam with her troupe of 16 artists. Stree Shakti instruments fusion performance by Pandita Anuradha Pal. Melodious Abhangs and Marathi songs by duo Rahul Deshpande and Priyanka Barve.

Day 2:

· Enchanting Sarod melodies by duo of Aman and Ayan Ali Bangash.

· Sufi and Bollywood extravaganza in the soulful music of Kailash Kher and his band.

Day 3:

· Graceful Kathak by a group of 10 skilled artists, including Urmila Kanetkar and Vaidehi Parasurami.

· Bollywood songs in the mellifluous voice of Shreya Ghoshal.
