Two local goons deliberately rammed a motorcycle from behind on Shivajinagar Underpass around 12.30 pm on Wednesday.

According to the police two goons rammed a motorcycle injuring Kuldeep Changulapaye (34) and his family. Kuldeep, a private bank manager from Balkrishnanagar, was riding with his wife, 5-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son when the car (MH-20-EE-6316) collided with them. When questioned, the goons verbally abused the couple. Kuldeep tried to reason with them, but they pushed him to the ground, beat him, and struck his face with a wooden stick. The children witnessed the attack and were traumatized. The suspects threatened the family before fleeing. A case has been registered at the Pundliknagar police station. Police inspector Ashok Bhandare said the suspects will be tracked and arrested soon. Police sub-inspector Rajiv Mhatre is investigating.
