A heated accusation turned violent in Kasoda on Saturday when a father and son were brutally assaulted with a knife and fighter (blunt weapon), leaving them severely injured. The attackers allegedly accused one of them of misconduct before launching the attack.

Dinesh Bochare was stabbed near his ribs while trying to rescue his father, Suryabhan Bochare, from a group of four to five assailants. The attackers also used a fighter to injure Suryabhan. Following Dinesh’s complaint, police have registered a case against Sridhar Borchatte, Babasaheb Borchatte, Krishna Navale, and Vitthal Navale at the Waluj Industrial Police Station. Assistant Police Inspector Gite is leading the investigation. In a surprising turn, police have also registered a case against Suryabhan Bochare based on a complaint filed by Kavita Sridhar Bochare. The case continues to unfold as authorities probe deeper into the violent altercation.
