A major fire broke out around 1.30 am on Saturday at N.G. Industries in Karodi, gutting machines, raw materials, and finished pipes.

The incident occurred at N.G. Industries, owned by Rajesh Ranshur, located in Gut Number 73, Karodi. Firefighters S.G. Wasnik, S.K. Gaikwad, and Prathamesh Nagargoje from the MIDC fire department worked tirelessly for two hours to douse the flames. However, all materials in the factory including machines, raw materials, finished pipes, and other items were destroyed. Company owner Ranshur stated that the estimated loss is between Rs 3 crore and Rs 3.5 crore.
