Aurangabad, Oct 26:

Some unidentified miscreants pelted stone on the residence of the forest guard of Gautala Sanctuary at Hivarkheda Gautala in the wee hours of Monday. They also burn the patrolling vehicle parked in front of the house.

Forest guard Rahul Shelke and Nagad range forest officer Sagar Dhole live at the quarters at Hivarkheda, Gautala. On Monday wee hours, some unidentified persons threw stones on the houses and also burnt the patrolling vehicle parked in front of the quarters. Both the officers, due to fear did not come out of their homes. They informed about the incident to the city police station and tehsildar on the phone. In the morning, Shelke lodged a complaint at the city police station.
