The accused have been identified as Ranjit Digambar Mule, Krishna Kaduba Mule, Anand Gangadhar Chavan and Yuvraj Machhindra Devkar. The victim, Nitin Radhakisan Jadhav (33), a resident of Mitmita, sustained serious injuries in the attack. According to police, both the accused and the victim are friends.
