Aurangabad, Jan 9:

The heaps of garbage accumulated at the X-sector in Waluj industrial area was finally disposed of on Saturday. The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) after the news published in Lokmat Times on Saturday, cornered the contracted company Mahindra and Mahindra about the cleaning. The company then cleaned the entire area.

Heaps of Garbage was accumulated in X-sector in Waluj MIDC area for the past many days. The hoteliers and vegetable hawkers throw their leftover food and vegetable on the open space here. Hence, garbage was accumulated in large quantity and was stinking. Mahindra and Mahindra Company which has been contracted for the cleaning in industrial area completely neglected the accumulated garbage. The dogs and the stray animals had increased due to the garbage here. Lokmat Times published a news in this regard. MIDC Executive Engineer, Bhushan Harse took cognizance of the issue and directed the company to clean the area.
