Measures to be taken for cleanliness
G Sreekanth presented the situation to Ajit Pawar at Chikalthana Airport, after inspecting the GMCH. “The GMCH has improved compared to the past, but various measures need to be taken to further improve cleanliness,” said the Municipal Administrator.
During the inspection of the hospital, he found walls with stains of spitting tobacco and paan in many places. “Therefore, punitive action is needed against those who spit. Dustbins are needed to collect wet and dry waste. There is a need to find out the places where the most waste accumulates in the hospital and take measures,” he added.
