Aurangabad, Oct 29:

The guardian minister Subhash Desai today informed that a meeting to award ownership rights to property-holders of Gunthewari areas and to convert the lease-hold properties of Cidco into free-hold will be held in a week. The issues will be tabled and discussed with the Urban Development minister Eknath Shinde in the meeting scheduled to be held next week.

Desai also inaugurated the tarring of road from Varad Ganesh Mandir to Laxman Chawadi today. The minister assured of developing all the city roads on priority. All the roads in the city will be of high quality. The government is trying its best in this regard. MLC Ambadas Danve, former MP Chandrakant Khaire, Nandkumar Ghodele, collector Sunil Chavan, municipal commissioner Astik Kumar Pandey, commissioner of police Nikhil Gupta, city engineer S D Panzade and others were present on the occasion.

The minister also held an online meeting with Shiv Sena''s public representatives and office-bearers in connection with the forthcoming Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today late in the evening. He informed them that the problems creating an hindrance will be resolved on priority basis. He also told the aspirants to gear up and focus on voters registration. The meeting was participated by Sena''s legislatures, district chief, city chief, deputy city chief and other

office-bearers.
