‘Hanuman Katha’ to be held in city for the first time

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

To enrich the city’s spiritual atmosphere, Mahesh Senior Citizens Association and Samanvay Parivar have organised ‘Hanuman Katha’ for the first time. The three-day event will be held from April 10 to 12 at Tapadiya Kasliwal premises from 4 pm to 7 pm, informed association president Bhikamchand Mal at a press conference on Tuesday.

The main attraction of the event will be spiritual guru Swami Govinddev Giri Maharaj, who will narrate the Hanuman Katha. Organised with a spirit of public welfare, the event will have Dilip Badrinarayan Soni as the chief host. The significance of the ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ will also be explained.

Appeal to attend

As this is the first event of its kind in the city, organisers have appealed to devotees to attend and benefit from the spiritual discourse. Those present at the press meet included Dilip Soni, CA Madanlal Jaju, Radheshyam Karwa, adv. Omprakash Sabu, adv. Anil Soni, B. N. Rathi and others.
