The division bench of justice Vibha Kankanwadi and justice Hiten Wenegaonkar issued the direction while hearing a PIL over inadequate court infrastructure. The district collector informed the court that a proposal for allocation of 1 hectare and 16 are has been submitted to the state through additional government pleader Subhash K. Tambe. The court also reviewed similar issues in Latur and Dhule. In Latur, land valuation for staff quarters will be completed within two weeks, with further action directed within four weeks. In Dhule, a PWD report is awaited and a proposal seeking two acres has been submitted. Advocate Sachin Dankh appeared for the petitioner.
