Women who arrived at Begumpura police station to file complaints over a local dispute clashed inside the premises around 8 pm on April 15, pulling each other’s hair and creating chaos in front of police staff.

The accused Shaikh Mohammad Aref(34), Rehana Shaikh (36), Sadiya Khan (38), Sadaf Khan (24), Lubna Khan and Zakia Syed (all Begumpura residents) had reached the station simultaneously. After police issued medical memos and directed them to Ghati Hospital, the groups resumed fighting before leaving. Police intervened and later registered a case against all six.
