A Hyva truck rammed into a two-wheeler at Oasis Chowk in Pandharpur, Waluj on Tuesday, injuring the rider. The truck driver fled the scene after the accident. A case has been registered at MIDC Waluj police station.

According to the complaint filed by Kamaloddin Faruqui, he was travelling on his Hero Honda Splendor (MH-20-AH-8496) when a rashly and negligently driven Hyva truck without a registration number hit his bike from behind while turning towards MIDC Waluj. The impact caused him to fall, resulting in injuries to his left hand and leg. The complainant stated that the truck driver fled the spot without providing any information or assistance to the injured. Further investigation is underway.
