Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The city branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) secured the second-best branch award at the regional level for the year 2025.

The branch office-bearers of 2025, chairman CA Mahesh Indani, Vice Chairman CA Amol Godha, Secretary CA Anand Totla, Treasurer CA Rafeeque Pathan, WICASA Chairman CA Sameer Shinde, and committee members CA Kedar Pande and CA Aishwarya Bramhecha, executed many programmes during the year.

The programme included conferences, seminars, study circles, educational fair, career counselling, social activities, one-day marathon lectures, industrial tours, various academic sessions on Income Tax, GST, motivational Sessions, Social and Sports activities for members and students.

The award presentation ceremony was held at WIRC Office, Mumbai, on February 24.

“Out of the total 36 branches at the regional level, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Branch secured second prize, which is really commendable,” said CA Umesh Sharma (Central Council Member).

This is one of the toughest achievements at the regional level. All the past chairmen and senior members congratulated the city branch team on this achievement.
