Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on Wednesday declared the results of Company Secretaries examinations for Professional Programme (PP) and Executive Programme (EP syllabus – 2022) of the December 2025 session.

The ICSI also made available the results along with a subject-wise break-up of marks on its website (www.icsi.edu).

Professional Programme

In the PP examination, 26.73 pc of candidates passed in Group-1 and 26.67 per cent in Group-2. Kinjal Ajmera, who appeared from the Mumbai examination centre, got all-India first rank.

In the EP examination, 18.03 pc of candidates passed in Group-1 and 22.26 pc in Group-2. Anisha Darshan Keswani appeared from the Ahmedabad examination centre and received the all-India first rank.

In Maharashtra, for the PP examination, 27.18 pc of candidates cleared Group - 1 and 26.04 pc in Group - 2. Similarly, for EP 18.91 pc of candidates passed in Group-1 and 20.93 pc in Group – 2.

A total of 18.18 pc of students passed in Group - 1 and 19.05 pc in Group – 2 in the PP examination at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar while in EP, 20.10 pc of candidates passed in Group - 1 and 20.54 pc in Group- 2.

Registration for next exam session

The next examinations of Company Secretaries EP and PP (syllabus - 2022) will be held from June 1 to 7. The online application form submission with the requisite fee will commence on February 26. The restructured Company Secretaries Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) will be conducted between June 1 and 4 in the afternoon session, for which the online submission of enrolment applications together with the requisite examination fee will commence from March 1.
