Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The Indian Dental Association (IDA), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar branch, organised a scientific lecture for city dentists on Sunday, March 15. Micro-endodontist Dr. P. D. Joshi from Mumbai delivered an informative session on ‘Root Canal Re-treatment’, which received an enthusiastic response.

Dr. P. D. Joshi explained modern techniques and clinical approaches for managing failed root canal cases. Branch president Dr. Maya Indurkar welcomed the guest, while, prof and head, department of endodontics and conservative dentistry, Government Dental College, Dr. Pradnya Bansode presided over the programme.

A hands-on session was also conducted, where participants received practical training using apex locators and endomotors.

IDA secretary Dr. Sonia Sodhi, treasurer Dr. Pratik Bumb, and scientific programme convenors Dr. Kishor Mahale, Dr. Neha Sodhi, Dr. Trupti Agrawal, and Dr. Mandar Mahajan contributed to organising the event.
