Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: “There are some things that neither the students nor the teachers have imagined. This is the true path of innovation. Some of the amazing things we are using which we had never imagine before. Einstein rightly said that imagination is more important than new creation,” said Padma Bhushan Dr Vijay Bhatkar, the Renowned Computer Scientist.

He was speaking at the first edition of ‘Minds Empowered Through Transformative Technology and Academic Synergy (METTA)’ 2025 on Empowering Ideas, Transforming Futures’ organised by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of MGM University at Rukmini Auditorium on Saturday.

He said that today we don't know over the years where we would be. “There are so many possibilities. Technology, we have seen in arts where ever imagination as rest, what we can create. There are several examples of this to which I was pleased to see in this conference new imagination have been thrown. I am really surprised in the university, he new sciences are being taught, new kind of creativity to explore the students to this kind of creative abilities,” he added.
