India Tourism to set up information counter in shopping mall

Aurangabad, Jan 20:

The office of India Tourism-Aurangabad will be conducting a Travel Exhibition-cum Information Counter, in the Reliance Mall (Garkheda), from January 21 to 28.

The assistant director (India Tourism) Ram Janam Ram will inaugurate the exhibition. The tourism staff will answer the queries and help the visitors in planning tour itineraries. The staff will also give information brochures of various demanded destinations to visitors. The information counter will be open from 11 am to 8 pm, stated the press release.

The tourism officials claim that the tourism sector has been badly affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Hence their initiative would help promote tourism in the region to an extent.
