Aurangabad, Jan 2: United CIIGMA Hospital director Dr Unmesh Takalkar launched first of its kind Vaishnav Calendar 2021 at a programme organised by CIDCO branch of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Aurangabad recently.

Dr Hari Chaudhari, Dheeraj Tiwari, Sriman Rukmini Raman Prabhu, Sriman Giridhari Govind Prabhu were present. This calendar has special feature of attractive photos of various deities of the Lord Krishna from temples in India. These photos are of specific festival to be held in that month and cover all Vaishnav festivals celebrated throughout the calendar year. It also has Ekadashi marked with fast breaking timings as per local astrological calculations. It gives knowledge about Indian months and seasons, various auspicious muhurtas such as Shubh-Vivah, Bhumi pujan, Vaastu-shanti and Upananyan sanskar. It gives brief information about various activities conducted by ISKCON in Aurangabad district and city in particular. Dnyaneshwar Hiware worked for its successful printing and publishing.
