Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The three-day 'Lex Fiesta 2.0' educational and cultural festival, organised by the School of Legal Studies and Research of MGM University, was inaugurated in the distinguished presence of guests on Sunday.

This festival, which will conclude on March 31, is providing students with the opportunity to learn legal knowledge and advocacy skills.

Those present at the inauguration ceremony included Advcoates Amarsinh Girase, Avinash Borulkar, Sambhaji Tope, Sachin Salgare, Yogita Kshirsagar Thorat and Himmatsingh Deshmukh, Director Dr C M Rao, Dr Zartab Ansari.

Speaking at the event, adv. Amarsinh Girase said that it is essential for students to understand the importance of practical experience in legal education.

“There are countless opportunities available for students in the field of law, and they should always remain engaged in the process of acquiring knowledge,” he said.

Following the inauguration, the preliminary round of the Moot Court competition was held, in which 10 teams participated and showcased their advocacy and research skills.
