Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: To celebrate courage, tradition and women’s power while giving the message of women’s safety, a grand ‘Midnight Bike Rally’ has been organised by Lokmat Sakhi on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa. The main theme of this rally is “Women’s Safety, Our Responsibility.” The rally will take place on March 18 at 9:30 pm.

This rally, which will add enthusiasm to the celebrations of Gudi Padwa, will start from Lokmat Bhavan Lawns on Jalna Road. From there it will proceed via Seven Hills, Akashvani Chowk, Amarpreet Chowk and Kranti Chowk and will return again to Lokmat Bhavan through the rear gate (Jawaharlal Darda Marg).

Special guest presence

In this midnight bike rally presented by Hero Destini 125, renowned actress Gautami Deshpande will be present as the special guest. Narayana e-Techno School is the associate partner of this initiative.

Certificates for participants

All women participating in the rally must report at Lokmat Bhavan at 8:30 pm on March 18. Every woman participating in the rally will be honoured with a certificate.

Registration and entry rules

To participate in this rally, both women on the vehicle must have the ‘Lokmat Sakhi 2026’ identity card. Entry on the day of the rally will be given only through Lokmat’s rear gate on Jawaharlal Darda Marg.

Since the entry for this initiative is limited, interested participants are requested to send their name, mobile number and Sakhi ID number on 9373466349 or 9850406017, the organisers have appealed.
