Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

Former education officer and senior educationist M. K. Deshmukh has been appointed as co-chief of the Marathwada graduate voter registration drive by BJP state president MLA Ravindra Chavan.

Chavan handed over the appointment letter to Deshmukh at the BJP state office in Mumbai. OBC welfare minister Atul Save, former union minister Dr Bhagwat Karad, graduate voter registration chief MLC Sanjay Kenekar, city district president Kishor Shitole, and others were present on the occasion.

Expressing confidence, Deshmukh said that this appointment would significantly boost voter registration in the education sector and claimed that it would help the BJP achieve success in the elections.
