Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

A CSR Mixer to foster collaboration among industries, CSR initiatives, startups, and training institutions was held by the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC), in association with the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) and Marathwada Auto Cluster (MAC).

Joint director Pradeep Durge DVET,, emphasised direct industry engagement with training institutes, including infrastructure and lab development, to create industry-ready skilled manpower. He also highlighted the Pradhan Mantri SETU policy and the Centre–State–CSR funding model. Speakers discussed supporting startups through CSR, enhancing research and training, and promoting innovation in healthcare, agri-tech, defence, and drone technologies. Corporates were urged to develop labs and provide modern machinery to ensure job-ready graduates. MAGIC director Ashish Garde introduced the initiative, while MAC president Milind Kank welcomed participants. CEO Makarand Kulkarni concluded with a vote of thanks, noting such collaboration would strengthen industrial growth, skill development, and entrepreneurship in Marathwada.
