Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: “Problems, addiction and confusion of life of youths can be overcome, if one makes one's mind bulletproof,” said Dr Sandeep Shisode, renowned psychologist.
He was speaking at the awarness campaign against addiction, organised by the Student Development Board of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu).
Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Walmik Sarwade presided over the function. Director of the Student Development Board, Dr Kailash Ambhure, was also present.
Speaking on youth and addiction, Dr Sandeep Shisode said that today the rate of addiction is increasing across the country.
“Today, addiction of the mind is also increasing. In the current situation, children who have left home or village are seen getting more attracted to addicts. The young generation gets addicted out of curiosity and attraction,” he said. Dhammapal Jadhav conducted the proceedings of the programme.
