Aurangabad, June 28:

A man has been booked for creating hurdles in an arranged marriage of a girl, who happened to be his friend earlier, by showing their photos to her proposed husband. A case has been registered at the Harsul police station based on the complaint lodged by the victim.

The complainant girl and the accused Sushil (Name changed) were friends. They had taken the pictures in which both were together. Later, he proposed to her but she refused. Meanwhile, the marriage of the girl was arranged. Sushil got annoyed and contacted her proposed husband. He showed him the picture in which both of them were together, due to which the marriage was cancelled. The victim later lodged a complaint at the Harsul police station while the investigation is on, informed PI Sachin Ingole.
