Man stoned to death at Jadhavwadi

Aurangabad, May 21:

An unidentified man of around 40

years of age was crushed with a stone to death near security guard office at

Jadhavwadi. The incident came to fore on Friday at around 7.45 am. A case has

been registered against an unknown murderer at the Cidco police station.

Some people on Friday morning went

on the roof of the General Vyapari Sankul at Nava Mondha, Jadhavwadi as usual

for call of nature. They saw a person lying in the pool of blood. As the

security guards office is nearby, the security supervisor Dilip Suresh Borde

also went there and found that it was a murder case. He immediately informed

about it to the Cidco police. DCP Deepak Girhe, PI Ashok Giri, PI Avinash

Aghav, ACP Sunil Arbad, PSI Balasaheb Aher and other officers rushed to the

spot.

It appeared that the deceased and

the murderer knew each other and he was murdered over some dispute. Some

intoxicating drugs and water bottles were also found on the spot. The deceased

has not been identified yet, the police said.

The police have not found any

documents of identity proof of the deceased. He was wearing a black pant and a

brown shirt. The police found a pair of pant and shirt, under garments along

with some coins, two marijuana tablets and a packet of khichdi near the dead

body. A forensic team was also called and the officers collected the blood

samples, some hair and other articles from the spot.
