Manasi Tata, vice chairperson of Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd., addressed a fireside chat organised by Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA), highlighting values-driven leadership, sustainability and innovation for aspiring entrepreneurs recently in Mumbai.

She stressed building an individual identity anchored in ethics, underscored the importance of humanities and relationships. Citing Indian dynamism and Japanese discipline at Toyota, she recommended Gemba and Just-In-Time practices for long-term success. Tata outlined initiatives in carbon neutrality, water recycling and solar energy adoption, supporting electric and hydrogen mobility. She described Aurangabad Industrial area (Auric) as a promising industrial hub. CMIA president Utsav Machhar welcomed her; treasurer Saurabh Chhallani moderated, Aniket Patil introduced the speaker, and Mihir Soundalgekar proposed the vote of thanks.
