According to police, Rupali Vijay Gharte (35), a resident of Cidco N-4, was walking towards Kamgar Chowk on Saturday evening to buy flowers. At the same time, one of the triple-seat motorcyclists snatched the mangalsutra and drove towards MIT hospital.
