Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding apprenticeship training for BA Psychology and BSc Industrial Chemistry students was signed between Maulana Azad College and the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BAT).

Principal Dr Mazhar Farooqui and Nikhil Gangde, Assistant Director of the Board of Apprenticeship, were present.

Representing the industry at the event were Dr Furqan Diwan, Senior Scientist at Wockhardt Limited, Satish Wankhede from Pro. Chromes Analytical Institute, while from the Department of Psychology Dr Faisal Khalji, Sana Khalji, Shubham Dongre (Hedgewar Hospital), Shaikh Ejaz Siddiqui, Dr Zainab Khan, and Huzaifa Khan were present.

A large number of students enrolled in AEDP courses. The programme commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Maulana Waqar.

Principal Dr Mazhar Farooqui highlighted the benefits students would receive through the involvement of the Apprenticeship Board. Assistant Director Nikhil Gangde provided detailed information regarding eligibility for apprenticeship programmes. IQAC Coordinator Dr J D Shaikh proposed a vote of thanks while Dr Samreen Farooqui conducted the proceedings of the event.
