Aurangabad, Oct 29:

Guardian minister, Subhash Desai informed that a meeting will be organized next week in the presence of urban development minister, Eknath Shinde, to discuss lease freehold to the residents of Cidco and ownership of the houses at the Gunthewari area.

He was speaking with the newsmen after the inauguration of the petrol pump for the rural police at Chikalthana area. He said, Out of the 112 kms of Late Balasaheb Thackeray Samruddhi Highway, the concretization of 40 kms has been completed while the remaining will be done by March 2021. Directives have been issued to the officers to complete the work in the given period. Khuldabad – Phulambri road is heading towards completion while 23 city roads are being constructed through the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (MSRDC), Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) with the investment of Rs 150 crores.

The issue of free hold and Gunthewari ownership will be discussed in a meeting in the presence of minister Shinde, he said.

Similarly, 304 villages will be free from water scarcity as there has been adequate rain this year. A meeting will be also organized with the forest minister to resolve the issue of Safari Park, Desai added.
