Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

City is set to host the Silicon Plains International Summit on Applied AI 2026 on March 6 and 7 at MGM University's campus.

Organised in collaboration with DiscoverrLabs.AI, the summit aims to bring together industry leaders, technology innovators, policymakers, researchers, and students to focus on real-world application of artificial intelligence rather than theoretical discussion. A key feature of the summit is its Reverse Pitch model, where senior industry leaders will present operational challenges directly to AI innovators, startups, and student teams, ensuring solutions are grounded in actual industrial needs. Founder and CEO of DiscoverrLabs.AI Madhup Mudiraj, noted that the summit is built on the region's industrial base of nearly Rs 80,000 crore in output and over 1,500 MSMEs, with the goal of making Marathwada a hub for deep-tech innovation.
