MLC Satish Chavan was felicitated in a programme organised at Sir Sayyed College recently.
MLC Satish Chavan said he had raised the problems of teachers and colleges with the Government.
Dr Shamama Parveen, the president of Rehber Educational, Cultural and Welfare Society, which runs Sir Sayyed College, lauded his efforts and felicitated him in the college.
Principal Sir Sayyed College Dr Shaikh Kabeer Ahmed, Dr Shaikh Mohammed Azhar, Dr Surendra Takale, Millind Jadhav and Sohail Ahmed Khan were also present.
