Monginis Cake inaugurated its 148th and 149th outlets in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, expanding its presence across Central Maharashtra and Vidarbha. The launch ceremony saw the presence of former mayor Tryambak Tupe and directors Dr. Balaji Galdhar and Nilesh Galdhar. Dr. Galdhar announced plans to open 175 more stores in three years across Maharashtra, Vidarbha, and Madhya Pradesh. Established in 1940 by Italian founders, Monginis became fully Indian by 1956 and now operates over 1,400 outlets and 35 production units nationwide including one in the city. Known for 100% vegetarian and theme-based cakes, the brand continues to win hearts with quality and taste.
